Sa mission est ax\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;autoformation technique et l&rsquo;enseignement a\u00e9rospatial. Il fournit un transpondeur de donn\u00e9es V\/U pour l&rsquo;intercommunication radioamateur mondiale et sert de plateforme pratique permettant aux \u00e9tudiants universitaires de s&rsquo;exercer au suivi d&rsquo;antennes et au d\u00e9codage num\u00e9rique. Il embarque une liaison descendante UHF sur 436,500 MHz pour la modulation BPSK par paquets 1,2 kHz et 9,6 kHz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">QUBE-II <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>QUBE-II est la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du syst\u00e8me\u00a0Allemand <a href=\"https:\/\/www.telematik-zentrum.de\/projects\/qube\/\">QUBE,<\/a>\u00a0qui a rencontr\u00e9 un vif succ\u00e8s . Son objectif est de fournir un environnement plus performant pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et l&rsquo;\u00e9change de cl\u00e9s quantiques depuis l&rsquo;espace.
