La principale charge utile scientifique GMOD est un d\u00e9tecteur de rayons gamma qui \u00e9tudiera les explosions les plus lumineuses de l&rsquo;univers, les sursauts gamma. Les charges utiles secondaires comprennent une \u00e9tude de rev\u00eatement thermique qui \u00e9valuera les performances des traitements de surface des satellites ainsi qu&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me alternatif de contr\u00f4le de l&rsquo;orientation des engins spatiaux.<br>EIRSAT-1 sera \u00eatre lanc\u00e9 par une fus\u00e9e Space X Falcon 9 avant fin novembre 2023.
